Four Seasons Room
Capacity: 40 guests seated, 50 guests cocktail reception
The Space: Floor to ceiling glass encloses the Four Seasons Room as a world of its own, yet the folding clear NanaWalls may also open into the bar or flow onto the terrace. Guests enjoy a corner perch over the Fiserv Forum and downtown Milwaukee, stepping out to our wraparound terrace with a cocktail ledge, outdoor tables, and two fireside lounge areas. The Four Seasons Room may be arranged for formal dining or cocktail mingling, with a 65” television (and more TVs in the bar), and a stylish fireplace.
Access to the outdoor terrace requires a supplementary food and beverage minimum, for which you will only be charged if the weather allows, and the terrace is used for your event.
Food and Beverage Minimum:
- Sunday-Wednesday: $2,500
- Thursday: $3,000
- Friday & Saturday [choose one 3-hour rental: 5:00 – 8:00 pm or 8:30 – 11:30 pm]: $4,000
Add the outdoor terrace to your reservation: $1,500 added to the food and beverage minimum. Tax and gratuity do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.
Dining Room
Capacity: 72 guests seated
The Space: With rich wood and golden accents, warm neutral tones, and ornate patterns and textures throughout, every detail adds to the experience in our grand Dining Room. The city skyline gleams through an entire wall of glass, while our open kitchen bustles along the opposite edge, and our curated wine cellar bookends the space. The Dining Room accommodates the largest parties and shines during seated dinners. It should be noted that the Dining Room is a semi-private space—unless there is a full restaurant buy-out, the bar and other separate areas do remain open.
Food and Beverage Minimum:
- Sunday-Wednesday: $8,000
- Thursday: $10,000
- Friday & Saturday: $12,000
Tax and gratuity do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.
Cream City Room
Capacity: 50 guests seated, 60 guests cocktail reception
The Space: A Trade Hotel banquet space, catered by Il Cervo, the Cream City Room offers a more private experience and A/V capabilities. The room sits on the opposite end of the building, separate from Il Cervo, complete with its own private terrace and 9th floor views—and our variety of delicious food options, from family-style meals or buffets to tray-passed appetizers or simply drinks.
Room Rental Fee: $500
Food and Beverage Minimum:
- Sunday-Wednesday: $2,000
- Thursday: $2,500

Full Restaurant Buyout
Capacity: 156 guests seated, 225 guests cocktail reception. Seated capacity does not include direct bar stool seating or outdoor terrace tables.
The Space: Exclusive use of Il Cervo, which includes our dining room with open kitchen, large bar room, lounge, four seasons room, and outdoor terrace.
Food and Beverage Minimum: Food and beverage minimum varies based on day, time, and season. Please inquire.
Offsite Catering
We enjoy the opportunity to host functions outside of the restaurant whenever we can. All offsite functions are considered on a per case basis. Please inquire about availability.
